Dennis Rogers

Dennis has worked in the asphalt business for over 30 years with experience in manufacturing, technical service management, consultative sales, and marketing management. He is currently the Pavement Maintenance Manager, West Regional at Tensar Corporation, manufacturer and supplier of geosynthetics to the construction industry. In this role, Dennis is focused on providing the best-designed options for reinforcing hot mix asphalt (HMA) pavements to increase load capacity, delay cracks and waterproof and preserve base structure, optimizing pavement performance.

Dennis has had the unique opportunity throughout his 20-year career in the asphalt paving industry to have studied, used, and specified all types of geosynthetic paving interlayer products to maximize HMA pavement performance.
